Here in the middle of Michigan’s beautiful Leelanau peninsula, with Lake Michigan on one side and Grand Traverse Bay on the other we are home to a small but expanding herd of French Alpine dairy goats. Our goats have free range to pasture and browse and are supplementally fed local hay and organic grain from Graham Organics. We feel strongly that this produces the finest of milk for the production of our various cheeses. The cheeses we make are chevre, fromange blanc, feta and our signature tomme. We also believe in the health benefits of raw milk as well as in the superior flavor of the cheeses it produces. Because the milk is raw we sell to our customers via herd shares.
